We process your personal data exclusively for the organization and administration of time windows for deliveries and collections at our site, and for communicating with you in connection with these.

To use the reservation system onDock.de, it is necessary to create a user account with onDock. In doing so, you must accept the terms of use of webfaktur GmbH, Tscheulinstr. 21, 79331 Teningen. Your data will mainly be processed by our Logistics department. In part, however, other internal units are also involved in the processing of your data. Internal units may include the IT department or other specialist departments within our company.

We store your personal data for as long as this is necessary to perform the delivery or collection. Thereafter, your bookings are deleted within 7 days. The data relating to your user account is also deleted after 45 days of inactivity.

To protect your data, we implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, including SSL encryption, access controls, and regular backups.
