The booking tool enables the efficient management and reservation of time slots. Use is permitted solely in accordance with the conditions outlined below.

4. Booking and Cancellation of Time Slots

Booked time slots are binding unless otherwise stated.
The user is obliged to cancel or modify bookings in a timely manner if necessary.

5. Liability

Use of the tool is at the user’s own risk. The provider is liable only for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, and lost profits is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

6. Data Protection

By using the booking tool, the user accepts the privacy policy, which is provided separately and forms an integral part of these terms of use.

7. Amendments to the Terms of Use

These terms of use may be amended. Users will be notified of changes in due time. Continued use of the tool constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
